The 92% Plus is a membership community built by and for Black women — and the people who stand beside them. Wherever you are — rebuilding, reaching for the next level, or launching something of your own — this is a place to land, and a place to grow.

Here you'll find what it takes to move forward — and the community to move with you: career resources, educational support, social services, wellness guidance, and financial opportunities, including grants and scholarships. But we are more than a resource hub. We are a community in the fullest sense — grounded in mentorship, built on skill-sharing, and held together by sisterhood — and everyone who honors it.

We were born from a hard truth: more than 600,000 Black women have been displaced from the American workforce — even though we remain among the most credentialed and accomplished communities in the country. The 92% Plus exists to change that story, and to build something that outlasts it.

We carry the legacy of those who came before us. We are building the road for those who come after.
